Summit Dynamics supplies a wide range of products and engineering for the electric process heating needs of industry.  Our products range from single heaters to integrated panels.  

Heaters:

Electric Air Heaters, Band and Strip Heaters, Cartridge Heaters, Immersion (both screw plug and flanged) Heaters, Duct Heaters, Silicone Blanket Heaters (SRBs), Heat Tracing Tape, Tubular Heaters - commonly called Calrods^® - (diameters from 0.5" to 0.065"), Electric Infrared Heaters (ceramic infrared, tubular infrared, quartz infrared, and T3 infrared), MI Cable Heaters, Fiberglass Mesh Heaters, Ceramic Oven Heaters and Heated Hoses.  Tubular heaters can be custom designed and shaped for your application.  

Heater Accessories:

Blowers, inlet filters, nozzles, manifolds, air knives, flow and pressure switches, high temperature wire, ceramic terminal caps and wire nuts, high temperature cement, housings, insulation and high temperature RTV.

Controls:

Temperature controls: indicating and non indicating, single point and system integration.  Outputs include relays, pulsed DC, linear voltage or mA.  Inputs include thermocouples, RTDs, linear voltage and mA.

Power Controls: one and three phase SCRs; Two Wire systems; 1, 2, and 3 pole mercury relays; one and three phase Solid State Relays (SSRs); and electro-mechanical relays.
